As a small business owner myself, owning and operating Triton Landscaping, I understand the struggles from the business owner’s perspective rather than approaching things from the SEO or digital marketing side. However most importantly, in a field ripe with people who overpromise and do not deliver, I have a proven track record. No. Ads are a waste of money as they have the same click rate (aka CTR – click through rate) as the bottom of page 1 or top of page 2 despite being at the very top. The reason is that they are implicitly distrusted by consumers. People HATE ads. You do not want your business associated with ads.
